Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
• Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare environments
• Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders affecting children
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Skilled in conducting assessments, therapy planning, and documentation
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, individually and in groups
• Evaluate and screen students to identify communication disorders and determine appropriate interventions
• Design, document, and update individualized treatment plans and progress reports
• Participate as a key member of multidisciplinary teams, contributing to student evaluations and eligibility discussions
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to provide strategies that support student success
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district procedures for documentation and confidentiality
• Engage in ongoing professional development related to school-based speech-language services
