THE POSITION:
As a member of our Direct Care Staff, you will: Assist with daily childcare tasks and complex medical care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Provide structured, age-appropriate play and therapeutic activities. Monitor and record patient data, vital signs, and responses to care. Help with transporting children to and from the center, ensuring their safety during travel. Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment for children. Support social events, play activities, and developmental milestones. Qualifications: Experience working with infants, toddlers, or children preferred. Previous healthcare, patient care, or child care experience strongly preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team. Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
