This contract position is based near Coatesville, PA and offers an immediate start to cover a maternity leave, with the potential to continue until October or possibly beyond, depending on the needs of the school.

Responsibilities include providing individualized assistance to a student throughout the school day, helping with classroom activities, facilitating participation, and supporting both academic and behavioral goals. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure the student receives consistent guidance and encouragement. Desired qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional, instructional aide, or in a similar classroom support role
• Comfortable working 1:1 with students, especially those requiring additional guidance
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills with students and school staff
• Patience and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in education or special needs support is a plus
• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule and adapt to changes in assignment duration
