Step into a meaningful contract position as a Paraprofessional (PCA), supporting students and educators in a collaborative school environment near Exton, PA. We are seeking dedicated professionals for multiple openings beginning August 18, 2026, and running through June 11, 2027. You’ll play a crucial role in helping K-12 students thrive in their day-to-day learning while working closely with staff and administration.

Key Qualifications:

• Recent PA Clearances (updated within the last 12 months) or willingness to obtain
• Active CPR/First Aid certification (or readiness to update); CPR training must be completed in person
• High School, GED, or college diploma required
• Flexibility to work with a variety of ages (K-12)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting student success

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers and staff in supporting students’ academic, social, and behavioral needs
• Provide one-on-one or small group support tailored to individual student plans
• Adapt quickly to classroom and student needs, helping create a positive learning environment
• Supervise and engage students during classroom activities, transitions, and breaks
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Work Schedules:

• K-4th: 8:00am – 4:00pm
• 5th-12th: 7:00am – 3:00pm*Please specify your preferred schedule when applying.
