Embark on a rewarding journey supporting students as a Paraprofessional (PCA) in a dynamic school environment. Multiple openings are available for committed individuals ready to make a positive impact throughout the school year in the Exton area. This contract position runs from August 18, 2026, to June 11, 2027, offering a stable and engaging role working alongside dedicated educators.

Enjoy a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, with shifts tailored to support different grade levels:

• K-4th: 8am – 4pm
• 5th-12th: 7am – 3pm

Qualifications:

• Up-to-date PA state clearances (or willingness to obtain within the last 12 months)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to update); CPR training must be completed in person
• Minimum educational requirement: GED, high school, or college diploma
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a passion for encouraging student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students under the guidance of certified staff
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed for students
• Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment
• Support classroom routines, small-group, and one-on-one instruction
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to enhance student success
