About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee daily operations within a healthcare environment, support team performance, and ensure an exceptional patient and customer experience at all times. This role serves as a key leader within the organization, partnering closely with the lead doctors at the office while managing and developing a team of approximately 14 team members. The position provides operational guidance, coaching, and support to staff while maintaining efficient workflows and strong service standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of approximately 14 employees in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Partner with leadership to maintain operational efficiency and high service standards.
Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, performance management, and ongoing feedback.
Monitor day-to-day business operations and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Analyze operational and financial performance data to support business growth and profitability.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention of high-performing employees.
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
Manage inventory, product organization, and operational resources as needed.
Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of management, supervisory, or leadership experience.

Required Skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Customer-focused mindset with strong leadership capabilities.

Pay range and compensation package

$60,000-70,000
