Construction Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the Director of Operations in managing high-end custom residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement, and timeline
Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field team
Review construction drawings for coordination and constructability.
Support permitting, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
Assist with quality control, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA) and company SOP
Identify risks, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement

Qualification

5–7+ years in construction management (custom residential preferred)
Strong understanding of blueprints, scheduling, and construction operations
Leadership, coordination, and strong communication skills
Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field preferred)
