Portfolio Manager I: Public Housing & Asset Strategy

Jacksonville Housing

The Jacksonville Housing Authority seeks a Portfolio Manager I to oversee property and asset management for a single assigned property, including financial reporting and compliance with HUD requirements. You will collaborate with on-site teams, owners, city stakeholders, and HUD to ensure performance aligns with budgets and long-term plans. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 5+ years of applicable experience and 7+ years property management, plus strong #J-18808-Ljbffr Jacksonville Housing
