Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager Location: Spring, TX About this position We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Assistant Property Manager with strong sales and leadership skills to provide management support for a multi‑family apartment community and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service Negotiate and enforce leases Meet all deadlines set by the management company and regional managers Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting vacant units, and coordinating repairs with maintenance Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units Assist leasing agents by providing clear instructions to meet daily goals Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Minimum of two years experience as a leasing consultant or assistant manager Working knowledge of property management software such as OneSite Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and 401(k) with employer matching Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Pre‑employment screening with drug testing and background checks Equal Opportunity Employer Tipton Asset Group is an equal opportunity employer.
