What You'll Do: You’ll be the go-to expert for a portfolio of commercial clients, handling: Policy endorsements and changes Commercial renewals from start to finish Certificates of Insurance (because everyone needs them yesterday) Client coverage questions and risk discussions Policy reviews and error corrections Carrier communication and coordination Supporting clients with exceptional service and fast response times Keeping accounts organized, compliant, and moving forward Who Thrives Here?: You're Probably a Great Fit If You: Have commercial lines insurance experience Understand contractor-related risks and coverages You have an active Property & Casualty License Know your way around industries like construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical contractors, and concrete & specialty trades Have a strong sense of urgency and don't wait to be told what to do Enjoy a fast-paced environment where every day is different Take pride in accuracy, responsiveness, and client relationships Want a long-term career, not just your next job Can work independently and manage competing priorities Bonus Points If You Have: Experience servicing contractor-heavy books of business Knowledge of commercial coverage forms and carrier markets This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal handholding and enjoys working independently while collaborating with a high-performing team.
