Join our dynamic team today and find a rewarding career with a company that values you and all you bring to the table.About Your Role:As an HR Coordinator at Dollar Tree's Distribution Center, you'll support the HR Department and DC leadership by managing administrative HR functions, assisting with recruiting and onboarding, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping and payroll processes. Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:Recruiting & Hiring Support:Create and post internal job openings for the DC and maintain job filesReview internal candidates and advise managers on applicationsAssist with pre-employment drug testing and phone screensConduct or back up New Employee OrientationAssist in scheduling candidates for orientationHR Administration & Compliance:Create and maintain new associates' personnel folders, orientation folders, and training foldersMonitor completion of new hire paperwork and DTO statusesOrder and create badges, including replacements for all associatesAssist with retention efforts and attendance trackingPerform various HR compliance functionsPayroll & Systems Support:Enter HR system changes and assist with Kronos timekeeping/payrollData entry, importing/exporting of data, document linking, and mail mergeAct as backup to the GM Administrative Assistant as neededEmployee Engagement & Distribution Center Support:Participate in DC activities and engage with associates on the floorProvide general HR support to managers and associates across all shiftsYour Required Skills and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredThree years of administrative office experience, preferably with knowledge of DC practices and proceduresProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and InternetStrong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and compositionStrong attention to detail, data entry experience, and basic math skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressureStrong customer service orientationPreferred Requirements:Previous Human Resources experienceExperience with Kronos or similar payroll systemsExperience with Workday or other ERP softwareYour Perks and Benefits:Employee Assistance ProgramRetirement plans with matching contributionEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramEducational AssistanceAccess to PerkSpot, an employee discount platform for goods and servicesAnd much more!Who We Are :At Dollar Tree, we make a difference in the lives of our customers every day by exceeding their expectations and delivering value – it's what our business is built on.
