Client Services And Marketing Operations Entry-Level Role

Responsibilities include:

• Building foundational skills that support long-term career growth within client services and marketing operations.
• Developing a growth mindset by learning new tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Working with the account specialist team to clarify campaign requirements in order to implement the development and delivery of audiences ensuring quality standards are met using established verification methods (full training provided).
• Managing and maintaining campaign documentation, ensuring orders, specifications, and materials are organized and up to date.
• Building knowledge of data-driven marketing, internal systems, and evolving industry trends.
• Meeting and maintaining departmental quality metrics.

Qualifications include:

• Experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role (such as restaurants, hospitality, call centers, retail, or customer support).
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering accurate work under deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with standard computer applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Excel).
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and external partners.
• A customer-first approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable when priorities shift.
• Curiosity and problem-solving instincts, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
