Make a significant impact by supporting the communication and learning needs of students in a dynamic educational setting for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, contract opportunity allows you to work with a diverse K–12 population, tailoring your caseload to fit your experience and preferred specialization—from early childhood and elementary students to those requiring specialized pediatric support. You’ll collaborate closely with educators and families, ensuring meaningful progress for students with a range of speech and language challenges, from moderate to profound.
Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible state licensure (SLP)
- Experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary settings preferred
- Ability to manage and prioritize a dynamic caseload
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic approaches and collaborative teamwork
- Flexibility to adapt services for varying student needs and grade levels
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K–12 students with varied needs
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student progress
- Conduct thorough assessments and maintain clear, timely documentation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise in speech-language pathology
- Advocate for student needs and adapt interventions as appropriate
