To support high-volume hiring needs, the remote contract High-Volume Recruiter - Contact Center will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for customer service positions, focusing on building candidate pipelines and meeting class-based hiring targets. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer for high-volume Contact Center positions Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines to consistently meet class-fill targets Conduct structured phone screens and coordinate interviews to ensure timely candidate progression through the hiring process Required Qualifications Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, particularly in high-volume environments Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for Contact Center or similar roles Experience conducting structured phone screens and interviews Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment Consultative communication style with the ability to influence hiring decisions
