Dette segmentet består av de største kontraktskundene til Lyreco innenfor offentlig og privat sektor. Derfor søker vi deg med sterk vinnermentalitet, og som er drevet av å lede prestasjonsteam med den hensikt i å blant annet utvikle kunder med lønnsom vekst, skape høy kundetilfredshet og knytte tette partnerskap som noen viktige fokusområder. Du er fremoverlent og resultatorientert og sørger for at alle dine Key Account Managers agerer proaktivt gjennom en kontraktsperiode, så vel som i forkant av kundenes anskaffelsesprosesser. Jobben handler ikke bare om å selge – men å sikre at KAM-ene bygger relasjoner som skaper langsiktig verdi for både kunden og virksomheten. Det betyr klar kontostrategi, tydelige prioriteringer og fokus på «value creation» fremfor «order taking».Din hovedoppgave som Sales Manager hos oss vil være å utvikle ditt eget KAM team for oss i Corporate Accounts, der gjensidig, lønnsom og bærekraftig vekst sammen med våre kunder samt høy kundetilfredshet står som klare målsettinger. Dette betyr at du som sterk og stødig leder forventes å bearbeide forskjellige kundetyper i dette segmentet i Norge. Dette i tett samarbeide direkte med ditt team og deres felles kunder, men også sammen med dine øvrige kollegaer og avdelinger i Lyreco, hvor tett og sterkt internt teamarbeide og dialog står sentralt.Du vil rapportere til Head of Sales i vår Corporate Accounts avdeling.Vi håper at du kjenner deg igjen i majoriteten av følgende punkter:* Du har erfaring med tilsvarende salg og/eller ledelse i minimum 3-5 år, fortrinnsvis B2B. Begge deler er en fordel.* Et bredt nettverk samt bransjeerfaring er absolutt en fordel* Det er positivt om du har tilsvarende erfaringer med Key Account Management, anbuds- og tilbudsprosesser fra samme eller liknende bransjer/kundetyper* Du kan vise til resultater og vet hva som skal til for å lykkes i en slik lederrolle, og du liker å bli stilt krav til* Du er en ledertype som sørger for at KAM-teamet jobber metodisk. Faste pipeline reviews, klare KPI-er, forecast-disiplin og konsekvent oppfølging. Dette gir forutsigbarhet og gjør teamet mer effektivt og vinnende.* Du utvikler mennesker, ikke bare tall. Coaching, tydelige forventninger, kompetansebygging og støtte i komplekse kundecaser gjør at KAM-ene vokser – og resultatene følger etter.* Du behersker forhandlinger på høyt nivå og har god kommersiell innsikt* Du bor helst i Oslo eller nærliggende by/Østlandsområdet* Du er strukturert, mestrer strategiske handlingsplaner, har et sterkt pågangsmot og er en god lytter* Du har et stort engasjement og elsker å vinne, og du ser ikke på tap som et alternativ* Du har et sterkt ønske om å prestere samt å utvikle deg videre innenfor lederrollen* Det kreves gode kunnskaper i bruk av Excel og at vårt CRM system brukes i henhold til våre retningslinjer* Du har meget gode samarbeidsevnerJobben forbeholder at du er sosialt anlagt, og at du trives godt med å ta kontakt med nye beslutningstakere, skape helt nye relasjoner, samt å bygge nettverk innenfor kundens organisasjon. I tillegg er du nysgjerrig av natur. Du liker å omgås og lede mennesker i en hektisk hverdag, og du kommuniserer tydelig eksternt som internt.
