Patent Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a junior patent litigation associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Jackson, WY. The ideal candidate will have experience in patent litigation, including federal district courts, the ITC, and/or the PTAB. Duties Assist with legal research, discovery, briefing, and expert reports. Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment. Contribute to the firm's community-building and diversity initiatives. Requirements At least one year of experience in patent litigation. Outstanding academic record. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Registered patent attorney preferred. Technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering or computer sciences. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Registered patent attorney (preferred). Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
