Lead Technician - Data Centers Bilingüe (Inglés/Español)

Technical Expert In Data Center Cabling And Infrastructure We are looking for an expert technician in cabling and data center infrastructure with experience overseeing teams and operations in construction, installation, and implementation projects. This position requires a person with leadership skills, the ability to manage work teams and ensure that activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards. The ideal candidate must communicate fluently in English and Spanish, have knowledge of data center processes, and experience coordinating staff. Main Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate work crews on active data center construction projects. Organize daily activities to ensure the completion of project timelines and objectives. Maintain effective communication with project managers, subcontractors, and work teams in English and Spanish. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards. Monitor productivity, quality of work, and performance of personnel. Resolve operational problems and adjust activities according to project needs. Support training and development of the work team. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a leader, supervisor, or foreman. Conversational English and Spanish (required) Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or structural construction processes. 2 years of experience in data center projects, critical projects. Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA 30 certification. Additional certifications are a plus.
