Buscamos un Técnico experto en cableado e infraestructura en Centro ede Datos con experiencia supervisando equipos y operaciones en proyectos de construcción, instalación e implementación de Data Centers. Esta posición requiere una persona con liderazgo, capacidad para dirigir equipos de trabajo y asegurar que las actividades se realicen de manera segura, eficiente y con altos estándares de calidad.
El candidato ideal debe comunicarse fluidamente en inglés y español, tener conocimientos en procesos de Data Centers y experiencia coordinando personal.
Responsabilidades Principales- Supervisar y coordinar cuadrillas de trabajo en proyectos activos de construcción de Data Centers.
- Organizar las actividades diarias para asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos y objetivos del proyecto.
- Mantener comunicación efectiva con gerentes de proyecto, subcontratistas y equipos de trabajo en inglés y español.
- Interpretar planos, dibujos y especificaciones técnicas.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y estándares OSHA.
- Monitorear productividad, calidad del trabajo y desempeño del personal.
- Resolver problemas operativos y ajustar actividades según las necesidades del proyecto.
- Apoyar en la capacitación y desarrollo del equipo de trabajo.
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia como líder, supervisor o foreman.
- Inglés y español conversacional (requerido)
- Conocimiento en procesos de construcción eléctrica, mecánica o estructural.
- Experiencia de 2 años en proyectos de Data Centers, proyectos críticos.
- Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos y especificaciones de construcción.
- Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de problemas.
- Certificación OSHA 30.
- Certificaciones Adicionales son un Plus.
- Líder práctico que trabaje junto con el equipo.
- Buena comunicación y capacidad para coordinar en Español e Inglés.
- Capacidad para manejar múltiples equipos y prioridades en ambientes de trabajo dinámicos.
- Compromiso con la seguridad, calidad y productividad.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en diferentes localidades dentro de Estados Unidos.
- Trabajo presencial en proyectos de construcción de Data Centers.
- Ambiente dinámico y físicamente activo.
- Disponibilidad para viajar según la ubicación de los proyectos.
- Debe contar con autorización vigente para trabajar en Estados Unidos.
