The firm covers every area of family law, from divorce, child custody and timesharing, child support, and alimony to post-judgment modifications. You'll manage your own caseload with genuine independence, guide each matter from the first consultation all the way to its conclusion, and be backed by a team that truly invests in people who show up and deliver. You must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Much of the firm's client base in Osceola County is Spanish-speaking, and being able to speak with clients in their native language is a big part of how the firm earned its reputation.

The compensation is where this role really sets itself apart. Pay is performance-driven, with a bonus linked directly to collected revenue and extra incentives for bringing new clients into the firm. Earnings have no upper limit for a driven attorney. The firm's philosophy is simple: if you're producing results, your pay should reflect it, and the compensation plan is designed to deliver on that promise.

Compensation:

$65,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:

• Perform legal research across a range of issues within the practice area

• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Support case preparation and ongoing case management

• Advocate for clients at court hearings and in negotiations

• Keep current on new and changing laws and regulations

• Partner with senior attorneys on complex matters

• Be able and willing to travel to courthouses across Central Florida as your caseload requires

• Have strong proofreading skills, with a sharp eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida
• 2-3 years of experience litigating family law cases
• Experience working in a law office setting
• Strong knowledge of the Florida Rules of Evidence
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required!
