This hybrid, on‑site role offers a competitive salary range of USD 127,500 – 187,000 per year and a mission-driven culture focused on helping patients through life‑changing medicines. Responsibilities Concept and execution across channels: Develop and deliver integrated concepts across digital, social, video, print, and experiential platforms, translating strategy into brand‑aligned creative for diverse audiences. Collaborate and communicate: Partner with copywriters, designers, cross‑functional teams and agency partners to build cohesive storytelling, present ideas clearly, and incorporate feedback effectively. Champion brand and accessibility standards: Ensure deliverables follow brand guidelines, accessibility requirements, and regulatory standards while promoting inclusive design across all formats. Advance systems and emerging technology: Evolve design systems, platforms, technologies and tools to improve consistency, streamline workflows, and create space for high‑value creative thinking. Mentor, optimize and elevate the work: Stay current on trends and audience behaviors, mentor talent, and contribute to a culture of creative excellence through thoughtful reviews and shared insights.
