We are The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm and we are currentlyseeking a Recruiter for a prominent clientofours.This position is based in Omaha, NE , and follows a hybrid schedule, with three days onsite and two days remote each week. Details for the positionare as follows: Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process and support strategic hiring initiatives. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through hire, including conducting interviews and presenting clear, strategic candidate summaries to hiring managers. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, timely follow-up, and consistent engagement. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to align on hiring strategy, provide regular updates, and present competitive offers. Qualifications High School Diploma required , Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required . Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workday, preferred . Experience with CRM systems, such as Phenom, preferred . Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred .
