About the Role:
Join One You Love Homecare Valley Forge as a Homecare Provider-Companionship, where you will make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. Our dedicated team in Malvern, PA is passionate about providing compassionate care and companionship to those in need. Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Engage clients in social activities and conversation to enhance their quality of life.
• Administer medication reminders as needed and monitor client well-being.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
• Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments and outings.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in healthcare is a plus.
• Previous experience in homecare or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
• Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain client confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Basic understanding of personal care and safety protocols.
• Flexible schedule to meet client needs, including evenings and weekends as scheduled 
• Must have a negative TB Test Screening within the last year
