Overview Team Rehab is a network of therapist‑owned outpatient physical therapy clinics across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Georgia. Our mission is to provide the best outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. We want our patients to enjoy therapy and experience clear improvements in their health. Our clinics receive the highest levels of patient satisfaction and evidence‑based outcomes. Since opening our first clinic in 2001, we have grown across the region and continue to open additional locations to make therapy more accessible to patients, their friends and families. Responsibilities Mentorship for new graduate clinicians is a core responsibility. Weekly structured mentoring is provided for the first three months, with the option to extend. Mentors are clinic directors, experienced PTs or clinical advisors from other clinics. The new graduate and their clinic director choose the mentor, and the program includes weekly meetings outside normal work hours, compensated for mentor time. Dedicated specialty mentoring tracks are available in Michigan for Women’s Health, Vestibular, TMJ, Spine, Pediatrics and Sports. Continuing Education & Professional Development $1,500 annually towards continuing education or student loans, usable for courses, travel, meals, lodging, college courses, books, APTA fees, CSM, etc. In‑house courses offered for free with over 50 events per year at our Michigan, Illinois, and Georgia training centers. Up to half of the cost for courses over $1,500 may be granted. Mini‑courses, journal club/webinars, lunch and learns. Eight continuing‑education paid time off days available for community involvement.
