About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President of Business Development to spearhead the creation of new market opportunities and drive top-line growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value advisory engagements, with a focus on leveraging C-suite, industry, technology, and private equity relationships. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in consultative professional services or complex B2B sales, capable of generating significant revenue and operating credibly at the C-suite level. The EVP will be expected to lead complex sales cycles, partner with internal experts to develop tailored solutions, and maintain a disciplined pipeline of opportunities. The ideal candidate is a highly self-motivated individual with a portable, active network, and a commercial acumen that allows them to create and convert business opportunities. Candidates for the EVP of Business Development position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. The role requires a strategic thinker who is adept at engaging senior executives, asking insightful questions, and translating business needs into actionable opportunities. The EVP will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal bureaucracy, and must be prepared for regional travel to cultivate and close key opportunities.
