Social Worker

Job Description Job Title: Social Worker Responsibilities: Provide counseling and support to individuals with developmental disabilities/autism, and seniors in assisted living facilities. Conduct crisis intervention and crisis management when necessary. Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the specific needs of clients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services and ensure comprehensive care. Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate interventions and treatment plans. Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding available support services. Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to promote positive behavior change and goal attainment. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field. Valid licensure or certification as a Social Worker (CSW). Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and crisis management protocols. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
