Physical Therapist

Job Brief Full‑time Physical Therapist position at Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) in Carondelet Village. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessment and evaluation. Develop treatment plans in accordance with physician orders. Provide quality treatments and progress toward goals. Conduct screens and provide education to residents/clients, families, caregivers, and staff. Coordinate seamless discharges utilizing the full continuum of therapy and fitness services. Provide accurate and timely documentation and billing in the electronic medical record. Demonstrate understanding of payer sources and regulatory requirements. Complete and document supervisory visits per regulations. Communicate effectively with residents/clients, families, caregivers, physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current licensure in the state(s) of practice as required. Demonstrated alignment with PHS's mission and operating philosophies. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate with all customers. Pay Range Estimated starting pay range: $40.46–$57.12 per hour.
