- Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (1+ years)
- Open Dental
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office setting.
Proven leadership abilities or strong management potential.
Proficiency with dental practice management software.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
Oversee all daily administrative operations, including check-in/check-out and patient flow.
Manage complex scheduling to maximize provider productivity.
Handle dental billing, insurance verification, and accounts receivable.
Lead and mentor the administrative team to ensure office goals are met.
Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all patients and staff.

Shift & Schedule
Full-Time: 5 days per week.
Hours: Monday–Thursday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and Friday (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
