You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.63 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, suspected theft, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and policy concerns. Monitor access points, observe store activity, and report security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious behavior to appropriate store leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision. Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
