What you may not know is at The Cheesecake Factory Bakery, our staff members are our highest quality ingredient.As our Sanitation Supervisor, you will help supervise the activities involved in maintaining the cleanliness and food safe environment of the facility and processing equipment daily. Your mission will be to oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of continually improving the sanitation of food safety and pest control programs. This includes revising the Master Sanitation Schedule, SSOP, work instructions, training documentation, and compliance audits.Here's more of what you'll get to do:Supervises and coordinates all daily sanitation activities within the processing facility.Maintains GMP provisions that relate to cleanliness, food safety and pest control within the facility.Aids in the administration of biological monitoring procedures to determine the efficacy of sanitation methods.Responsible for maintaining a supply of cleaning chemicals necessary for operation of the cleaning program and in compliance with FIFRA, OSHA, and FDA regulations.Supervises the operations to maintain the highest rating possible on all annual audits and inspections.Develops and implements new methods, procedures, and systems to improve quality and food safety sanitation performances.Assists with QA and Operations to comply with all applicable OSHA requirements, food safety regulations and internal systems and processes.Responsible for verification of sanitation documentation, training and development of the sanitation team and process improvement of systems and procedures.What we require:5 years of minimum experience in food sanitation, preferably in the bakery/dessert or general food manufacturing industryMinimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.Strong quantitative skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to think critically.Self-directed with the ability to work independently as well as with groups.Responsible for inventory management and organization of chemical, chemical cleaning supplies, PPE and paper goods.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize workAbility to use MS Excel, Word, Outlook email and KronosWhat we offer:Eligible for Annual BonusMedical, Dental & VisionEligible for benefits first day of the month following 60 days of service401K with company match2 weeks of vacation which increases to 3 weeks starting in your 5th year5 days of sick time per year (first year prorated)Tuition Reimbursement of $2,500 for qualified programsAdoption Assistance Benefit of $2,50025%-35% discount when dining as a guestReusable gift card loaded annually for your dining enjoymentThe Cheesecake Factory Bakery creates over 35,000 delicious cheesecakes per day across our two facilities in Calabasas, CA and Rocky Mount, NC plus other baked products for our restaurants, international licensees, and third-party bakery customers.The Cheesecake Factory Bakery is a subsidiary of The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated.
