The Team

Alvarez & Marsal's Healthcare Industry Group (HIG) is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, based out of our New York Office. As our practice continues to grow and expand, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help develop and execute an integrated marketing plan across campaigns, events, collateral, digital marketing, public relations, and communications. This role will work directly with the Healthcare Industry Group's Senior Director of Marketing to enhance our brand in the marketplace and across various healthcare sectors we serve. To excel, you will need to be able to operate effectively in a matrix, fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role will be a key contributor in helping to foster execute strategic marketing initiatives to build awareness, key client relationships and support pipeline growth.

How you will contribute

• Contribute to the development of and support the execution of end-to-end integrated marketing programs spanning events, outreach, engagement, thought leadership, pipeline growth and development to enable and build client relationships and business development opportunities.
• Manage and curate content on the Healthcare Industry Group website and digital channels.
• Develop, enhance and regularly refresh marketing collateral including decks and case studies.
• Management and execution of strategic client events throughout the full event lifecycle including building and managing budgets, event strategy and development, onsite management and post event follow-up, measurement and reporting.
• External conference management, including sponsorships and networking events, to drive business development opportunities
• Reporting and analysis of overall marketing spend and activities.
• Reviewing and tracking ROI from conferences and events to drive and inform future initiatives.
• Mentorship and management of junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable writing marketing copy for LinkedIn and other digital channel distribution.
  
• Knowledge of B2B marketing, including email marketing, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) andlead tracking.
• Content creation including but not limited to webinars, podcasts, video, and collateral management.
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects with deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances, independently.
• Ability to resolve complex issues autonomously.
• Collaboration with internal and external professionals.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 7years of experience in Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
• Prior experience drafting internal and client facing communications.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools; Salesforce, Oktopost, Pardot and/or Swoogo are a plus.
• Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts.

The salary range is $150,000 - $170,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings' fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined periodically as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
