Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, data visualization, reporting, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and Tableau.

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations.

- Build scalable BI solutions supporting business and operational requirements.

- Develop data models, KPIs, calculated measures, and performance metrics.

- Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, data engineers, and IT teams.

- Troubleshoot and optimize dashboard and report performance.

- Maintain documentation for BI solutions, data models, and reporting processes.

- Translate business requirements into effective analytics and reporting solutions.

Required Skills

- 2–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles.

- Strong Power BI development experience.

- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.

- Experience with Tableau and data visualization.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and BI reporting.

- Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Power BI DAX and Power Query.

- Tableau calculated fields and dashboard optimization.

- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Knowledge of data warehouses and dimensional modeling.

- Familiarity with Python or other analytics tools.
