Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Glazier's Helper to support mixed residential and commercial glass installation projects at local job sites. Working under the direction of the lead glazier and business owner, you will assist with shower doors, mirrors, windows, storefront glass and aluminum, impact doors, and related fabrication tasks. Experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic, good attitude, reliable transportation, and willingness to learn are essential. This is a 40+ hour work week, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Handle glass safely for residential and commercial projects.
Assist with shower door, mirror, window, storefront, and impact door installations.
Learn and support glass cutting and polishing.
Assist with commercial storefront glass and aluminum framing.
Load and organize materials for local job sites.
Maintain tools and perform site cleanup.
Work under the direction of the lead glazier and business owner.

Preferred Qualifications

One or more years of glass installation experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for three years.
Reliable transportation.
Working knowledge of basic hand tools, tape measurement, and handheld power tools.
Understanding of worksite safety.
Reliability, teamwork, a good attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn and pursue specialized fabrication training.
Availability Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.
