Current national certification, DEA, and BLS are required. ACLS and PALS are preferred. Current IN state license is a plus. The Practice – A Dual-Hospital System Methodist Hospital Northlake Campus – Gary, Indiana and Methodist Hospital Southlake Campus – Merrillville, Indiana. 350-bed hospital with 21‑bed Emergency Department. Annual ED volume of 30,000 with a 30% admit rate. All core sub‑specialty backup available excluding interventional radiology. Multiple cath lab and OR suites.
