As a Wax Specialist, you’ll be a friendly and passionate team player who can hit the ground running while also building your skills with our comprehensive training program. Benefits Competitive Pay Structure with commission and bonus. Service bonus (paid bi-weekly) up to $1,000 per month based on performance. Retail commission is 10% to 20% based on performance.
