Field Service Manager Description

Air-O-Smith Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced and driven Field Service Manager to oversee daily field operations, technician performance, dispatch coordination, and service quality across our HVAC division. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient scheduling, maintaining high customer satisfaction, supporting technicians with technical guidance, and driving operational excellence throughout the company. The ideal candidate has strong HVAC experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians
• Coordinate and oversee field operations and project management
• Manage scheduling using industry-standard software tools
• Implement quality control procedures to maintain service standards
• Facilitate local daily and regional weekly travel for technicians
• Drive initiatives to increase team efficiency and reduce operational costs

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC service management
• EPA Universal Certification
• Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Proven leadership skills in managing technical teams
• Experience with project scheduling and resource allocation
