Sales Support Coordinator (Manufacturing)
Location: Geneva, IL
Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time
Pay Rate: $60,000
Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Requirements: Resume / Interview / Authorized to work in the U.S.
Our client is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team. They are looking for a special someone to be team oriented, have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work in a team environment and provide vision, support, accountability and with a high level of patience. Our client values your ability to build rapport with potential and existing customers.
The Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Processing orders to suppliers
- Troubleshooting and monitoring account statuses
- Planning for schedules, order entry maintenance and invoicing
- Assist Product Control with high volume forecasted customers w/ updating daily material allocations
- Make accurate, rapid, math calculations, and providing customers with quotations
- Tracking and maintaining inventory raw materials and other miscellaneous material needs
- Team player that’s able to work closely with purchasing, production and shipping departments
- Arranging warehousing and transportation to include tracking deliveries/shipments to ensure compliance with regulations
Job Requirements Qualified Candidates:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years’ relevant industry experience (chrome plating is a plus)
- Material resource planning experience in a manufacturing environment
- Superior organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Basic Math Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task while using time management skills to prioritize a variety of tasks based on timelines and business needs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong team player and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and multi task
- High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail
