If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a ERP Specialist Advisor to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).Maintain overall responsibility for project execution as per the customer standards/requirements within agreed duration (in SOW) to ensure the success of the project.Understand that the essential importance of business and technical processes is interrelated for project success.Lead of project team ensuring on time delivery of high-quality work within the project budget.Maintain daily Client relationship and communication, acting as first point of escalation for daily issues.Provide project data and status reporting to appropriate stakeholders.Stay in touch with progress of project dependencies.Act as a catalyst to resolve project-related problems.Ensure proper change control of key project artifacts.Conduct, document, and communicate Lessons Learned upon project completion.RAID docs – continue to keep ongoing document to capture any Risks, Actions, Decisions Made & Decisions Needed.Negotiate appropriately skilled resources for activities & tasks.Define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for team members.Promote effective working relationships.Manage good onsite-offshore co-ordination for optimal service delivery.Review and approve project plans, estimates, and technical documents.Manage teams of hard-working individuals and promote team cohesiveness.Reward and recognize team members.Utilize data to measure and track performance results and monitor progress across the project lifecycle.Drive overall coordination with stakeholders and team.Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects and designers to define the technical architecture and other functional streams effectively communicate to the build teams.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
