INVIO is a locally owned, established furniture consignment store specializing in quality, name-brand furniture, unique home décor, and one-of-a-kind finds. With a constantly changing showroom, no two days are ever the same!
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for style, and takes pride in creating an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, answer questions, assist with furniture selections, and help customers find pieces that fit their style, space, and budget.
- Showroom Merchandising: Help arrange furniture, create attractive displays, and keep the showroom looking fresh, organized, and inviting.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about furniture brands, styles, materials, and pricing to confidently assist customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, tagging, pricing, photographing, and organizing incoming consignment merchandise.
- Point-of-Sale Operations: Process purchases, handle transactions, and assist with customer inquiries.
- Teamwork: Work closely with other team members to maintain a positive, productive, and welcoming environment.
- Daily Store Operations: Help maintain showroom cleanliness, organize merchandise, and assist with other tasks as needed.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in helping people
- An appreciation for furniture, interior design, and home décor
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and stay productive in a busy retail environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning retail software
- Willingness to take initiative and work as part of a team
- Previous retail, furniture, or interior design experience is a plus, but not required
- Work surrounded by beautiful furniture and unique finds
- Get a first look at exciting new inventory arriving daily
- Enjoy a creative, ever-changing retail environment
