Associate Attorney

Defense Litigation Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join a growing defense practice. This role offers the opportunity to handle a broad range of litigation matters, work directly with clients, and develop expertise across multiple practice areas. Practice Areas Attorneys Will Have Exposure To And/or Experience In Workers' Compensation Defense General Liability Defense Automobile Liability Premises and Property Liability Professional Liability Medical Malpractice Defense Toxic Tort and Asbestos Litigation Employment Law Commercial and Contract Litigation Contractors and Construction-Related Disputes Responsibilities Manage a caseload from inception through resolution Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Communicate directly with clients, insureds, and opposing counsel Evaluate liability, damages, and litigation strategy Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management Maintain clear and timely reporting to clients and stakeholders Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction Litigation experience preferred Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Experience in workers' compensation, insurance defense, employment law, or general liability litigation is highly preferred What the Opportunity Offers Diverse and sophisticated litigation practice Exposure to a broad range of defense matters Direct client interaction and case ownership Collaborative team environment with experienced legal professionals Opportunity to represent employers, insurance carriers, businesses, and contractors Professional growth and advancement opportunities Meaningful courtroom, deposition, and negotiation experience This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience, a diverse caseload, and the ability to develop professionally within a dynamic defense practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
