In this full-time, salaried position, work is typically performed during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, but will vary on occasion according to business needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy that ensures DSG attracts, develops, and retains top talent. A Typical Day in the Life of a Talent Acquisition Manager at DSG:Develop and execute a strategic talent acquisition strategy aligned with DSG’s growth goals, workforce planning, and budget.Lead the development of DSG's Employer Value Proposition in partnership with Marketing and Communications to bring that story to life both internally and externally.Lead Strategic Workforce Planning efforts in partnership with Supply Chain and Sales Operations to anticipate staffing needs and align talent strategy with business growth.Build and maintain proactive internal and external talent pipelines for critical roles across the organization, including sales, operations, and leadership positions.Establish and grow partnerships with colleges, universities, technical schools, and community organizations to create consistent early talent pipelines.Lead DSG’s presence in DSG branch communities as an employer of choice, including career fairs, classroom engagement, industry events, and networking initiatives.Develop and manage internship and early career programs that serve as feeders into full-time roles.Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and develop workforce forecasting strategies.
