Corporate RecruiterLocation: RemoteJob Type: Full timeWork Hours: 9 am – 5 pm US ESTWorking Days: Monday-ThursdayKey Result Areas (KRAs):Submit 1 new qualified candidate for internal requirements per day.Schedule 1 interview with department managers weekly.Achieve a target of 2 new hires per month.Lead sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding 20 new hires within the first year.Develop a list of 10 target companies for experienced talent acquisition.Additional Responsibilities:Build and manage the candidate pipeline, leveraging knowledge of search methodology and tools.Proactively reach out to candidates, engaging them throughout the recruitment process.Understand the talent pool and guide candidates through the entire process.Coordinate with candidates and the hiring team, escalating the interview process.Conduct interviews and hire potential candidates in alignment with internal requirements.Utilize LinkedIn to source prospective candidates.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.1-3 years of experience in Corporate recruiting within US staffing firms.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.Proactive, with a willingness to learn and upskill.Seeking long-term stability.Why Kapital?Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with our 4-day work week.Access great learning and upskilling opportunities regularly.Join a diverse team motivated by strong leadership and constant support.Embrace the opportunity to grow with long-term stability and benefits.Kickstart an amazing journey to explore and learn both national and international market analysis techniques.
