JOB SUMMARY
Support program operations including administrative responsibilities such as supervising administrative/billing staff, reports, ordering supplies, data entry, billing report tracking, filing, phones, and sorting mail.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support program operations, timely billing, record-keeping systems, forms control, office needs, and
- administrative performance and communications.
- Act as liaison to property management, vendors, and corporate departments.
- Facilitate reimbursements, invoice and check request tracking, petty cash custodian. Log receipt of
- incoming checks and/or cash, account deposits through designated channels.
- Screen calls, departmental communication, and administrative duties.
- Greet, receive, and assist visitors and callers.
- Aid general program operation including errands, office supplies inventory, ordering, and
- responsibility for office equipment maintenance.
- Enter data, such as demographics, history and extent of disease, diagnostic procedures and treatment.
- Participate in scheduled program meetings.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Office management/administrative assistant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.
- Cultural Competency understanding required.
- Bilingual preferred.
- If substance use disorder program a negative tuberculosis test (TB) is conducted under licensed medical supervision within 45 working days of hire or within 5 working days of employment and valid cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification upon hire or within 90-days of employment.
