Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of seniority, as well as with clients and other external parties, in a professional and responsive manner. Ability to work independently and take responsibility of assigned matters, including anticipating next steps, identifying issues before they obligate, and proactively seeking guidance or asking questions when needed. Strong analytical ability, with meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, concise, and accurate documents and correspondence, paired with strong oral communication skills that allow for confident, professional interaction with attorneys, clients, and other parties. Proficient with standard office software, including Outlook and other Microsoft 365 applications.
