Duration: 8 Months (Contract)

Location: North Reading, MA (Onsite)

Pay Range: $23 - $27/Hr

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Purchasing materials and equipment from suppliers including electro-mechanical assemblies, electronic components, PCB assemblies, hardware, and non-inventory items.
• Managing supplier relationships and KPIs reported to senior Supply Chain leadership
• Providing inputs to monthly scorecards and presenting procurement data during quarterly business reviews.
• Planning material requirements, managing inventory levels, managing schedules in our ERP system, and successfully communicating these requirements to our suppliers.
• Identifying supply chain material risks and providing transparent monitoring of material flow.
• Working collaboratively with Planning to communicate supply chain risks and mitigation strategies to the end users.
• Developing efficient and accurate mechanisms for monitoring and updating open purchase orders, expedites, delivery requirements.
• Assisting the Global Commodity Management team with maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring supplier performance, addressing supply issues, and developing new products and programs.
• Resolving PO receiving errors and assisting with invoice reconciliation.
• Managing supplier returns including non-conformance reports, return material authorizations, and processing MRB material.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and leading a cross-functional group to execute improvements.

Successful Candidates Will Be Highly Organized, Self-Motivated, Detail-Oriented, And Have Strong Computer Skills

• An understanding of data management and databases is also a plus. The candidate must be able to work in a highly demanding, but collegial environment where teamwork is a must.

Top Must Have Hard Skills:

• Excel (proficient)
• Experience within ERP software – run procurement with ERP

Required:

• 5+ Years Of Experience.
• Really strong resumes with examples of high volume scope would be open to 3-4 YOE
