Quality Manager Gasket Engineering Company | Kansas City, MO (Onsite) Gasket Engineering is a family-owned precision manufacturer specializing in custom die-cut and converted components for automotive, industrial, and other demanding industries. We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Manager to own and elevate our ISO 9001 Quality Management System. What you’ll do: Own and continuously improve our ISO 9001 QMS (audits, CAPA, management review, documentation) Partner with production and engineering on process controls and root-cause problem solving Manage customer quality requirements, external audits and complete first article requirements such as PSWs, FAI, PPAP, and AS-9102. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing, with leadership responsibility Strong, proven experience owning an ISO 9001 system Hands-on, data-driven, and comfortable on the production floor Ability to influence and build a real quality culture Knowledge of RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, IMDS, Conflict Minerals and other material compliance requirement s Familiarity with EPICOR software is a plus but not required Join a stable, growing company where quality truly matters and your impact is visible every day. #J-18808-Ljbffr
