Litigation Attorney in Phoenix, AZ Phoenix,AZ, US Experience: Entry Level Salary: $115,000 - $200,000 per year Job Details Job Duties Manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts Handle discovery management, including written discovery and document review Participate in settlement negotiations and litigation strategy discussions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case progression and client service Job Requirements JD from an accredited law school and active Arizona Bar admission in good standing Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience required Insurance defense and/or family law experience is a plus Ability to independently manage cases and maintain deadlines Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills Experience handling a higher volume caseload preferred Comfortable working in a fast paced, team oriented environment A bit about us: We are a well established mid sized Arizona law firm with a longstanding presence in the Phoenix legal market.
