Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis. What You’ll Do As a Financial Analyst, you will: Assist in preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and models for both short- and long-term planning. Analyze revenue, expenditures, and operational trends, making recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. Conduct financial and operational analyses on new initiatives, facilities, and workforce planning. Recommend and maintain financial systems to improve efficiency and detect fraud or inaccurate reporting. Develop benchmarks to measure financial and operational performance. Partner with accounting and business teams to support special projects and strategic initiatives. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Experience: 1–3 years of financial analysis or accounting experience. Skills & Knowledge: Strong grasp of GAAP, budgeting, and cost control principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access. Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
