• No prior real estate experience required

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Compensation:

$112,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and market strategies.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in real estate.
• Utilize provided leads to build and maintain a robust client pipeline.
• Conduct property showings and guide clients through the buying or selling process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate information and advice.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey information clearly and build trust with clients.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team, demonstrating your willingness to learn and grow alongside others.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.
• Familiarity with real estate principles or a willingness to learn, showing your commitment to becoming a knowledgeable resource for clients.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to manage client interactions and streamline processes, enhancing your productivity and client satisfaction.
