The Opportunity:

The primary focus of this role is the defense of healthcare providers in complex administrative licensing issues and appeals. You will act as a dedicated advocate for professionals navigating the intersection of law and medicine.

* Strategic Litigation: Lead cases from inception through resolution, developing creative and effective defense strategies.

* Regulatory Advocacy: Represent clients in administrative hearings and before state licensing boards.

* Expanded Scope: As you demonstrate mastery, you will have the opportunity to take on matters involving peer review, credentialing, and federal administrative procedures.

Qualifications

* 4+ years of litigation experience, specifically within the healthcare sector

* Proven track record in handling healthcare litigation and professional licensing matters.

* Administrative Hearing experience is highly preferred.

* Deep familiarity with peer review, credentialing, and/or federal healthcare administrative procedures (a significant advantage).

* Ability to independently manage a robust caseload while maintaining a high standard of client service.

* Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing (multi-state licensure is a plus).
