Immediate need for a talented LPN / LVN Nursing Home. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Julesburg, CO (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents in a nursing home setting.
• Monitor residents and identify changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols.
• Document patient/resident care accurately and timely.
• Communicate resident needs and changes with the appropriate healthcare team.
• Assist with care planning and coordination of services.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
• Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and safety standards

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Active, unrestricted Colorado LPN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Prior travel experience required.
• Nursing home/LTC experience preferred.
• Must be available for 6:00 PM6:00 AM shifts.
• Must be able to work a rotating 3648 hour schedule.
• Every other weekend (EOW) required.
• Must be available for an ASAP start.
